Billing questions
- How does billing work?
- Plans are billed in USD on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, starting the day you subscribe. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a 14-day refund window on your first payment for each plan. Full details, including how to request one, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Card details are handled entirely by the processor and never touch Found3r servers.
